Brief Description
Large Wooden shield painted rosewood red with silver plated gymnastic figure affixed and 21 miniature shields, ten silver plated and eleven metal; each engraved shield has the name of the winning state, the year and the names of the team members; date range 1969 - 1985. Inscription, engraved at the top, "SHELL TROPHY"; engraved at the bottom edge, "For Annual/Competition/between State teams/of Junior Girls". On reverse is a wooden support with broken chain.
