Brief Description
Silver plated large bowl shaped cup on heavy wooden black lacquered base awarded to the National Gymnastics Champion Men's Team by the Commonwealth Bank. The cup has bunches of grapes engraved around rim and on four sections of lower flared edge and has a small ring handle at each side of the rim. The base is encircled by nine engraved and ten plain silver shields with the names of several winners from different states for each year from 1980-88. Inscription on bowl, engraved on one side, "NATIONAL GYMNASTICS / CHAMPION MEN'S TEAM / DONATED BY THE / Commonwealth Banking Corporation".
