Newspaper clipping; fragment in two parts, pinned together; "WHEN IS A MAN / TOO OLD TO RUN", published in 24 September 1947 issue of the Sporting Globe. Article on the efforts of two athletes over the age of 50, in the 26 mile Victorian Marathon; Percy Cerutty at 53 y.o. placed fourth, and Stewart Vance at 63 y.o. placed eighth. "'Sporting Globe' 24th September 1947" has been written across top in pencil.
