Two boxes containing documents and letters associated with planning for the 1956 Olympic Games. Includes mainly minutes, reports, letters and notices associated with meetings of the Executive Committee of the Organising Committee for the Olympics. There are also expenditure lists, memos, newspaper clippings and typed notes on the Prime Minister's conferences and statements.
