Brief Description
Numbered cloth panel worn by Olympic cycling champion Russell Mockridge. Two white cotton squares stitched together across one corner and overlocked all around. Painted with the number "10" in black on both pieces. Designed to be tied around the waist, with two lengths of white tape which are sewn to opposite corners. One part of a set of three.
