Brief Description
Australian team necktie worn by William Ager who was an Official Time Keeper at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games held in Perth, Western Australia. Light-grey fabric necktie features embroidered motif in gold and blue thread, comprising of word 'PERTH' above kangaroo and sun symbol, and official Commonwealth emblem of Crown, chain and "BE & CG" and year "1962". Embroidery is repeated three times over length of necktie.
