Brief Description
Navy blue pennant with red material along the top and bottom edge meeting at the fly. Red lettering stitched on pennant that reads "V / F / L / PREMIERS / RESERVE / GRADE / 1969". Manufacturers label on lower end of white heading, below handwritten text. Brass clips on either end of heading are wired through the rope.
