Brief Description
A dark blue felt ribbon that has four sides. Printed on the front of the felt in light blue is the text "N.S.W" and an image depicting the cross of St George in red bordered by a yellow laurel wreath. At the extremity of each arm of the cross is an eight pointed gold star, and in the centre of the cross is a golden lion passant guardant.
