Brief Description
Automatic sprinkler used as part of the irrigation system at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The sprinkler is encased within bakelite, which contains a hydraulic solenoid attached to controls where the pressure can be adjusted. The sprinkler is at the top, shielded by a metal disk.
