Brief Description
Trade card issued by Hoadley's in 1934 as part of a series titled "LEAGUE FOOTBALLERS". The obverse has a full-length colour image of Alan Rait (Footscray) wearing a long-sleeved blue red and white guernsey, kicking with his right foot. Printed on the reverse of the card is the issue number (39), the footballer's name, club, a brief biography, a "Safety Council Warning", and an advert for Hoadley's Chocolates.
