Envelope, unused, featuring green printed image of a 19th century cricket match. Printed text reads, in part, "FIRST SHELL CUP MATCH / supported by the Canterbury Cricket Society...". Results printed to right of design in red ink. Postage stamp, valued at 35c, features scene of New Zealand. Postmark stamped at Christchurch, New Zealand. First day cover is numbered, 76/423 issued. Handwritten signatures on reverse.
