Brief Description
Group photograph of cricketers contracted by Kerry Packer to play in the 1977-78 inaugural World Series Cricket (WSC) tournament. The picture shows 52 cricketers from Australia, England, Pakistan, South Africa and the West Indies, and also Ronald McDonald, the sinister clown who was the mascot of McDonalds fast food chain, a sponsor of WSC. The names of the players are printed in the lower-left and their facsimile signatures appear underneath.
