Brief Description
A batch of fourteen photographs illustrating repair work carried out on the 1927 MCC Members' Pavilion guttering; the re-seeding of Yarra Park; the MCC car park; and, the preparation for the stripping of the MCG turf. These photos are associated with the then MCC Maintenance Engineer, Ted Ireland, during the period of widespread renovation of the MCG stadium during the late 1980's to early 1990's.
