Brief Description
Black cast iron plaque bearing a figure in a running pose holding a rugby ball under his left arm. He wears ankle boots, knee-length pants, a long shirt and cap. The figure features atop a representation of a decorative pedestal or plinth. Decorating the face of the plinth is a relief image of two cricket bats crossed with a ball in front of set wickets. To the left is a soccer ball and a soccer goal and to the right a rugby football and associated goal posts. Text along the base reads, "PLAY UP SAINTS".
