Robert Ingpen's original design of an image of West Indian Test fast bowler, Curtly Ambrose. The artist's original image number - 167 - and subject's name are handwritten below the design. A sheet of tracing paper, with grid references, folds over the artwork which has been signed and dated by the artist. The image is included in a tapestry celebrating 150 years of performances and events on the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Ambrose played 98 Tests and captured 405 wickets at 20.99. Against Australia, he took 128 wickets at 21.22.
