Brief Description
Black and white photograph showing a view from high in the grandstand of a cricket match in play. Image taken in shadow provided by grandstand and is framed by the silhouette of the decorative post supports. Printed label affixed to reverse reads, in part, "THE MAIN STADIUM FOR THE 1956 OLYMPICS [underlined]". Photographer's purple stamp on reverse.
