Typed, foolscap sized document with green pencil underlining of certain passages of text. Pencil handwritten corrections and handwriting in parts where typed ink has faded. Document concerns land grant to Haines, Powlett, and Hamilton in 1862. Page one of four other pages (M9608.2 - .5) with covering letter (M9608.1).
