Brief Description
Booklet with 9 pages, beige light card cover and three staples down left side regarding the foundation of The Melbourne Club and the Melbourne Cricket Club. The booklet is written by R R McNicoll, signed and dated 27 September 1974. Handwritten on front cover in top right corner using blue ink, it reads 'For M.C.C.'. Contains story relating to the foundation of the Melbourne Club and the Melbourne Cricket Club and discusses which of the two clubs is senior. Sources referred to date back to 1835.
