Booklet with 12 photocopied pages, white cover and three staples down left side. Printed text on front cover reads, "MELBOURNE'S TWO OLDEST CLUBS / R.R. McNICOLL / 1974". The booklet is signed and dated on the last page by R R McNicoll, 27 November 1974. Contains story relating to the foundation of the Melbourne Club and the Melbourne Cricket Club and discusses which of the two clubs is senior. Sources referred to date back to 1835.
