Brief Description
Document issued by the Board of Land and Works and the Council of the City of Melbourne, detailing the conditions under which the Melbourne Cricket Club are permitted to occupy "certain land in Yarra Park", following the expansion of the Members' Stand. The document is titled "Yarra Park - Melbourne Cricket Ground/ Conditions of permissive occupancy to the Melbourne Cricket Club of certain land in Yarra Park". The item consists of two sheets of typed paper with the conditions of occupancy detailed along with seals and signatures of the council (containing dates 29 October 1929 and 4 November 1929), attached to a larger sheet of paper with a plan drawing that shows the area of land in question.
