The full title headlined at the top of the item is "Regulations for the Care, Protection, and Management of / the Reserve for Cricket Ground and for Other Purposes of / Public Recreation in the City of South Melbourne." Below, is a long statement regarding the division of the Albert Reserve for certain activities. The names of the members of a "Committee of Management" are printed at the bottom, along with the dates, 1 June, 1909; Common Seal of Board of Land and Works affixed 4 June 1909.
