Brief Description
Piece of fabric screen-printed with a black and white photograph of the Lancashire County Cricket Club team, 1931. The image is a formal portrait, with twelve cricketers arranged into two rows, all wearing cricket whites and sweaters. Above the group is printed the title, within a decorative frame of roses, "CHAMPION. COUNTY. 1926. 1927. 1928 & 1930 / LANCASHIRE / COUNTY CRICKET CLUB / SEASON 1931". The names of the sitters are printed below. The fabric is mounted behind white card. Reg number and VCCCM number/label are recorded on bottom right reverse.
