Brief Description
Certificate of appreciation mounted on card. Hand drawn and written in ink. Features elaborate coloured floral border with a crest either side. Text reads: "PRESENTED TO/MR. L. O. B. FLEETWOOD-SMITH/BY THE CITIZENS OF STAWELL..." Signed by the Mayor and Town Clerk of Stawell, and dated February 12 1937. Reverse has print of outdoor scene; foliage and river.
