Magazine, black ink on white paper, cover has a wide light-green stripe on the upper and lower edges, and a black and white map with photos of cyclists in the middle. September 1960 issue of "AUSTRALIAN/ CYCLIST", the headline reads " 'MERCURY' TOUR/ OF TASMANIA/ THE GREATEST BIKE RACE/ IN THE PACIFIC AREA".
