Brief Description
Text typed in black in on white paper with "Copy" typed across the top. The top section is a letter dated October 25th 1855, which is requesting land to be granted to the Richmond Cricket Club for use as a playing field. A memo underneath, signed by F.A. Powlett on 9th November in the same year, raises no objections but states that no buildings may be erected. This letter is attached to 9 other documents with a metal butterfly clip.
