Brief Description
Text typed in black in on white paper with "Department Minutes" written across the top. The top paragraph, dated 12th February 1862, is in regards to a letter (M9611.3), and recommends approving the request for land (by the South Melbourne Cricket Club). The second memo, dated the 20th of the same month, states that this has been approved by the Board of Land and Works. This letter is attached to 9 other documents with a metal butterfly clip.
