Brief Description
Letter typed in black on white paper with the letterhead of "MUNTZ, BRAID & MUNTZ / CIVIL ENGINEERS AND LICENSE SURVERYORS". It is dated 1st May, 1924, addressed to E.E. Bean Esq, and is signed E. L. Braid. It is verifying that the title to some land does in fact have the correct measurements, and that "any question of an excess of an inch or so ... is evidently due to the alignment supplied by the Melbourne City Council but which [Mr Bean] will be justified in adhering to".
