Brief Description
Ceramic lid for a cigarette box. Cream glaze with gold gilt rim featuring a black, line-drawn illustration of a pavilion and seating, with the inscription 'YORKSHIRE COUNTY CRICKET CLUB / THE PAVILION HEADINGLEY LEEDS'. Below is a facsimile signature of Brian Close (cricketer), and a further inscription 'BENEFIT YEAR 1961'.
