Brief Description
Unused, white envelope. Green and white image on left side, of two parrots either side of a shield that has four separate images on it. A lion sits above the shield and the text below reads "APRES / BONDIE CEST / LA TER". This is the Dominica Coat of Arms, which is surrounded by a purple boarder. Text below reads "COMMONWEALTH OF / DOMINICA" In upper right corner are two colour postage stamps. One is a 10cent and the other a $4. Both are of a cricket match being played. A black ink, rubber stamp overlaps a lower corner of each of the postage stamps. Reverse is blank.
