Pink shimmery fabric fin, concertina, shaped like a fan, with a plastic rod ending in a black base on one side, and a black netting sleeve and small elastic loop on the other, through which the arm is put. One of a pair, part of the fish costume worn in the Opening Ceremony of the 2000 Olympics.
