Brief Description
Two-page hand-written letter from Roy L Park to Arthur E. Liddicut dated 20 July 1945. The letter is regarding a proposed alteration to the Victorian Cricket Association's Pennant Rules which would mean 'that at no time would there be any reason or incentive to play for a draw'. The letter was discovered housed in the pages of a "Sporting Globe" Cricket Annual of 1923-24 owned by Arthur Liddicut.
