Image of the Queen of England greeting members of the Australian Cricket Team on 20 July 1953 at Lord's cricket ground. She is shaking the hand of Colin McDonald as other team members are either waiting to shake her hand or talking to those accompanying the Queen, who include the Duke of Edinburgh. They are standing on an oval and in the background there is a pavilion full of men who are standing. Reverse has purple printed text that reads in part "H.M. THE QUEEN VISITS LORDS CRICKET GROUND, WHERE MIDDLESEX / ARE PLAYING THE AUSTRALIANS..."
