Brief Description
Umpiring mirror that was used in lawn bowls. Item consists of a rectangular mirror that has been attached to a wooden base. Attached to the back is a strip of metal, which acts as a support. The mirror is placed vertically at the end of a rink at a bowling green and is used by an umpire to see whether the white "kitty" ball is in or out of bounds. Object appears to date from the mid to late 20th century. Manufacturer/maker unknown.
