Brief Description
Presentation mantle clock that consists of a restored working clock set within a carved marble piece that resembles a Greek-like temple. Below the clockface on the front there is a metal plate with an inscription. It reads, "PRESENTED TO J.MC.C.BLACKHAM. / BY HIS ADMIRERS FOR EXCELLENT BATTING IN THE MATCH / AUSTRALIA-V-HONBLE. IVO BLIGH'S TEAM. SYDNEY / JAN 26-27-29 AND 30TH JAN. 1883".
