Brief Description
Wooden varnished plaque that has been cut from timber and is in the shape of Australia. The front left side features a brass plate which has been inscribed. JONES AM DSJ NATIONAL CHAIRMAN". To the right of this is a insignia of the The Order Of Australia Association. Reverse side contains the manufacturer's label.
