Rectangular, metal badge featuring a blank circular inscription panel; Olympic rings and gold-coloured text 'TOKYO .. 1964' on a navy blue enamel background; and text 'PHOTO & FILM' on red enamel background. A pin used to attach the badge is missing from the reverse.
