Brief Description
Bench seat with continuous cushion along its length. The seat can accommodate three people. Seat contains continuous horizontal wooden slats that have been positioned with three metal supports which form in part the legs for the seat. The seat and the cushion are green in colour. This seat is similar to those used as furniture in the 1927 MCC Members Pavilion at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. This seat was used for seating in the Australian Gallery of Sport & Olympic Museum theatrette, until its demolition in 2003.
