Printed on both sides, it is dated "NOVEMBER, 1985" at the bottom of the back page. It is a form letter to VFL Park Members from J.C. Hamilton, Commissioner of the VFL, detailing the VFL Park Annual Subscription, for Season 1986. It has two hole- punched holes in the LH margin.
