Brief Description
Dark green wool blazer, fully lined in green silk, with yellow trim on the three pockets and cuffs, and two brass buttons on the front. A coloured embroidered emblem features on the breast pocket, comprising a kangaroo and emu flanking a coat of arms, with the word AUSTRALIA embroidered in a scroll. The Olympic rings and the inscription OLYMPIC GAMES 1956 appear underneath. The maker's label is sewn inside the collar, and a name tag is sewn into the lining on the left side, on which the name "K. CLARK" and the number 5756 is typewritten.
