Brief Description
Formal group portrait of two school football teams in front of the Grandstand at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Inscription on the mount above the photo reads, "M.C.E.G.S. v. St. Peter's College, Adelaide / Melbourne, 1936". Below the photo is a list of persons in the picture, followed by the inscription, "... / Presented to Dr. J. Jones by the Team with Best Wishes". Dr Jones is pictured in the photo, as well as future Melbourne FC player, Edward Cordner.
