Brief Description
Black presentation case for "The Age" commemorative Melbourne 1956 and Sydney 2000 Olympics medallions. Case is hinged and sprung, covered in black vinyl, with rounded corners. The lower part of the case has a golden metal 'lip'. A large "THE/ AGE" logo is printed on gold on the lid, above "COMMEMORATIVE MEDALLIONS". Inside of lid is lined with black silken material with "SOCOG 1996 All Rights Reserved, IOC" printed in gold. Base is black felt- covered plastic, with two small round indentations with dints above for removing the medallions.
