Brief Description
Original presentation case used to house Shirley Strickland's Australian Olympic Federation Merit Award. Case is rectangular, possibly wooden, covered in a dark brown material. Inside of lid is padded and lined with light- coloured silken material, base consists of a border of light-coloured felt around a stiff light- peach coloured felt, with a rectangular depression to fit the plaque and its stand. Case has two metal hinges and a cloth hinge, and a metal clasp.
