Small gold medallion, with "SWAN RIVER COLONY/ FOUNDED 1829" debossed around the edge on the front, around a debossed man's bust with a tall ship in the background. "WESTERN AUSTRALIA/ 150TH ANNIVERSARY 1979" debossed around the edge on the reverse.
