Brief Description
Membership badge that is almost diamond-shaped. The top features an eyelet with a circular link attached. This link is attached to a cord loop. The front of the badge features an enamel design with an inscription reads, "MELBOURNE / 52 MCC 53 / CRICKET CLUB". Reverse side also has an inscription, reads, "K.G.LUKE / MELB. / SEASON ENDS / 31ST AUG 1953 / C1180 / COUNTRY / NOT / TRANSFERABLE". This is a Melbourne Cricket Club Country membership badge.
