Scrapbook formed of a large receipt book into which have been pasted a variety of documents published by the Melbourne Cricket Club relating to activities of the club for 1911-12. Inscribed in a blue crayon or pencil on the front cover is "SAMPLE PROGRAMES" (sic) and "1911-12". The documents have been stuck to the tabs inside the receipt book, and where multiple pages of the same paper occur, have been pinned together with a metal pin. The documents are, from front to back: Notices of reminder to members to pay Subscriptions, including separate letters for Junior, Country, and Town members; Voting papers for the Annual Election of 16th Sept., 1910 and printed envelope for return as well as document pertaining to the election and general meeting; Document to be distributed for the Annual Meeting to be held on 9th September 1910 with Financial Statements and Advance Reports for the past year submitted by the Committee; Booklets of the above-mentioned Reports; Programme for the M.C.C. Bowling Club Singles Handicap Tournament for 1910-11; Letters to Bowling Club members regarding the tournament with copies of the Draw and Handicap allotted to each player; List of Fixtures for the M.C.C. Cricket and Bowling Clubs for 1910-11, including reference to the Rifle Club and the M.C.C.
