Green plastic zip-top 'envelope'/ document holder, with golden logos which read "DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND RECREATION/ AUSTRALIAN SPORTS COUNCIL/ NATIONAL COACHES SEMINAR/ MELBOURNE/ 29-31 MAY, 1975". Closing mechanism consists of a metal zipper over two strips of plastic.
