Blue, single-breasted, woollen blazer with embroidered crest and white trim on the left breast pocket. Three plastic buttons are on the right side. The inside sleeves are lined with white striped cotton but most of the jacket is unlined. The crest embroidered in white thread on the outside breast pocket features a shield with three vertical stripes surmounted by the initials "N.M.F.C." (North Melbourne Football Club), and below is stitched "2nd XVIII Premiers 1947". The blazer was worn by North defender Reg 'Dodger' Ryan.
