Brief Description
Brown document holder featuring the emblem of the British Empire and Commonwealth Games, a royal crown and lettering, "BE&CG", surrounded by a rectangular-link chain, and yellow printed text that reads, "Souvenir / Welcome Kit / Vancouver Canada". A strip of narrow ribbon is attached to the reverse for use as a fastener.
