Brief Description
Large pennant made from blue and red fabric. The pennant has a red border and blue inner triangle which contains red fabric lettering that reads "VFL / PREMIERS / UNDER 19 GRADE / 1964". A length of rope runs through the white heading of the flag, which has "V.F.L. UNDER 19 / 1964" written on it.
