Brief Description
Large pennant made from blue and red fabric. The pennant has a red border and blue inner triangle which contains red fabric lettering that reads "VFL" (vertically), and "PREMIERS / RESERVE GRADE / 1970" (horizontal). A length of rope runs through the white heading of the flag, which has "VFL RES. GRADE 1970" written on it.
